STOP SHOP – Lazarevac is the fourth facility from the STOP SHOP retail chain in Serbia, whose construction is funded by Austrian company IMMOFINANZ. The Facility in Lazarevac is located in the wider city center, next to the railway station.
The complex is organized as a retail park, with 23 separate outlets with a total area of 10,100 m² and 1,104 m2 under the canopies. Each shop has a direct access through the front entrance pathway and parking space (with the capacity of 220 vehicales). IMMOFINANZ has entrusted three STOP SHOP retail parks (in Niš, Valjevo and Lazarevac) to the KONSTRUKTOR company.
The company Sof Elektro 2009, as the subcontractor of Konstruktor, performed the complete electrical installation. Wide range of different works included: manufacture of electrical cabinets for every store as well as for the Stop Shop itself; interior, exterior and anti-panic lighting; sockets; lightning rod installation; transformer station; sound control; video surveillance; computer and telephone network; security alarm system; fire alarm system.

STOP SHOP, Sremska Mitrovica – There are 22 shops in the area of 7000 square meters. Sof Elektro has worked on the complete electrical installation of both strong and week currents (public lighting, substation, telephone line, fire alarm system, security alarm system, video surveillance, computer network) as well as the electric cabinet production.
